The generous apartments provide, depending from their size, 1-2 sleeping rooms and are equipped with king size beds or wooden beds (180x200, 140x 200). In the light, friendly furnished living rooms there are sofabeds (Smart 160x200).

The generous bathrooms are appointed with shower, heated floor and heated towel rail. The kitchen are fully equipped with induction cooktops, mikrowave, dishwasher, Melitta coffee machine, water boiler, dishes and cutlery.

In the sleeping rooms as well as in the living rooms there are cupboards made of oak. On the ground floor there is a room for ski or bicycle storage.

Special Features

The combination of materials of high quality, especially the oak floor, wood from the own forest and hundred year old furniture create the special atmosphere of the apartments.

The core are the ´Kaiserzimmermöbel´, the trousseau of the great-grandmother Anna Hutter.
It was important for us to reutilize the old, inherited furniture in order to preserve the original atmosphere of our house.
